Due to the nature of this wall decal being a custom made item, we Do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Before we make any custom decal, we will email you drafts of the design prior to production asking for your approval. Please check your email regularly after purchase. If you do not see our emails, please look in your junk/spam folder.
Wall decals / murals should only be applied to clean, smooth, dry, and non-porous surfaces for best results. They work well on flat and slightly textured walls, but may not be suitable for heavily textured walls like knock-down texture.

All decals/murals are made to order. Production time is generally 1-2 business days. Larger designs might take 3 days to produce.
Shipping/delivery time is another 2-5 business days. We ship from Orlando, Florida USA.
Internationals shipping time varies between 2-25 business days. International Customs are usually the cause of delay.
